Abstract

Abstraction
Situasional Leadership model is one of the most widely used today. Situational leadership model itself is defined as a method of situational interventions to help individuals by giving attention to the difficulties that they face in social situations. Because of that, all sorts of problems are the focus of attention of the leadership pattern usually always associated with social situations, and ecological environment.
Situational leadership theory is the continued development of the trait theory of leadership and for failing to explain the behavior model of leadership is best for various situations.
Style is dependent on the interaction of factors internal and external to the organization. Situational or contingency approach is a theoretical approach that seeks a middle ground between the view that says the principles of organization and management are universal, and the view which argues that every organization is unique and has different situations that have to be faced with a leadership style particular.
Situational leadership style depends on the orientation of the task of leadership and the nature of relationships between superiors and subordinates. According to this theory, leaders must be situational, any decision made based on the maturity level members, this means that the success of a leader is when they adapt his leadership style to the maturity level of maturity or members.
